    What are the best Photo Apps?

    I'm using Instagram and PhotoShop...

    On iPhone there is an app called Blur FX - is there a comparable one for HTC One S?

    Well, the best photo shop application is the picasa as you can edit the pictures with various effects and also can tag and share your photos.. Also Flickr and the photo bucket are the most popular applications for the photo shop.

    Picasa is one of the best app to use for editing pics not only on cell phones but also on our PC's and Laptops. It gives a lot of options to edit pics and add text in them in the way we want.

    I love Little Photo, Retro Camera, Snapbucket, Vignette, HDR Camera, and Photoaf for panaramas... Fast Burst is pretty good for action and storm pics!

    For editing I like color touch, photoshop express, and picsay.

    I am using PicSky that is award winning photo editor tool for android. This application increase image quality with color corrections. Then Picplz, Retro Camera, PhotoWonder, Face Blender etc. are best android photo applications for Android.
