    In need of fitness apps...A.S.A.P

Im going to Cancun in the summer and I need to start working out soon. Any good fitness apps out there that provide detailed instructions on how workout techniques? Or even some that track how long you have been running for? Any useful health and fitness app will work actually.

Look for Endmodo Sports Tracker. That app help keep track of all your running/walking/jogging stats. It will keep track of your distance and the time it took you to run that distance. Its a pretty neat thing to have.

There are two aspects that need to be taken care of before you start to see results. You need to obviously exercise but you also need watch what you eat. I use FatSecret Calorie counter. This app has a massive database filled with detailed informatino regarding different restaurants and different foods out there. You can view all of the nutrition information you want. This is great if you want to come up with a diet plan to go with your workout program. I hope this was helpful

Very good point xzibition00. Watching what you eat will definitely play a major role in fitness. Another app you may want to use is Calorie Counter by MyFitnessPal. It does a lot of the same things as FatSecret Calorie counter but you may want more options to help you decide what app you like to use.

My friend has an app that sends his route and information to his Facebook page. Which app is that? Is there a good app that tracks calories eaten?

There are two apps that i know off and they are Endmodo sports tacker and run keeper pro. however, i would also recommend you to carry out extensive exercise routine programs on your own for you to be healthy.
