    How Often do you recharge?

I always like to recharge my phone at night before I go to sleep but im worried if I keep doing so my battery will burn out. I dont have much time to charge in the morning so the only other option is to charge it at work but I sometimes need my phone and am unable to charge it. Do you think charging it for 30-45 minutes every 4 hours will help keep it running throughout the day? Or can I still keep charging it over time without ruining my battery?

HTC phone can stay with charge for a maximum of one week when used appropriately to avoid often recharging for this will definitely ruin your phone battery life. The best thing to do spare your phones battery is make sure you switch off the various applications you not using at specific time to save the power.

Yup, phone batteries usually come with a feature to cut off after it's fully charged, so even if you keep it plugged in, your battery shouldn't burn out.

I charge my phone every night. I am usually fine with one, overnight charge. Sometimes, when I am really busy my phone will need to charge in the late afternoon, early evening.

I recharge overnight and when I am at work. I talk a lot so I try to keep my phone plugged in at all times. I hope there isn't such a thing as over charging a phone!

I think it used to be a problem before with non lithium Ion batteries.

I dont think that's a good idea. You are always advised to only recharge when your battery is almost empty. Recharging every few hours will lead to deterioration of your battery.

I allowed my battery to run completely out til the phone switched itself off, then I booted it back up and used up the small amount that remained, then I plugged my phone into the charger noticing that the battery charge indicator didn't light for around 20 seconds but then lit and charged fully. My battery life is now much better than my old HTC desire and exceeds a full day of moderate use.

I used to charge often, now I am always out and about. I don't have a car charger so I charge when I get home in the evening. By then my phone is pretty much dead.

This is an excellent point. A lot of of us have bad charging habits because we were conditioned by non lithium Ion batteries. Knowing is one thing, breaking habits is another! Hehe.
