What does the partnership between HTC and Dropbox content for mobile storage? Is it finally the end of the microSD card storage?
I hope so, of course I don't think the makers of the SD card would let that happen. I just looked up the partnership and for others who didn't know about it. Anyone who buys an HTC One is going to get a ton of free space for 2 years.
I think it is like 25 GB, which is pretty good because my friend said she paid like $20-$30 for 50 GB of space with drop box. I wonder if it automatically rebills after two years.
I don't know if it is the end of Micro SD, but i would be glad to use something new other than the Micro SD
not really i think it is just a matter of up grading the use of memory cards and their slots or what do you guys think
Thank you Climber for the information. The fact that the buyer gets a ton of free space for 2 years makes the phone worth spending money on.I would not really mind if its the end of micro SD cards because it would be great to have something new.
I am not sure if it is the end of the Micro SD, but one thing that i am sure is that it will take some time for people to adjust to drop box.
This is just a way of upgrading it and not the end of the memory card.
It is not the end of the memory card. I am glad to hear that when you buy HTC One you will get a ton of free space for 2 years.
I do not think if this is the end of the Micro SD because they have come a long way and it can't just end like that, but all in all i think the drop box is also interesting to use.
