    Bluetooth pairing

I am unable to pair my One X with my car hands-free set Sony MEX-BT2500. My older handset is able to detect and pair but the One X cant. Any ideas?

Make sure your bluetooth is made visible to all.. Read the car manual properly to know the visibility features of the car.. I think that should be enough to solve your problem

I think it could be a pass key issue.. Just try to pair with your phone from your car.. You can get the default car pass key from the car manual.. Give the passkey when asked

It is a very helpful discussion for me.. I applied the same for my car and it worked great.. It was a keypassing issue.. this can also be solved by a bluetoot manager

You should make sure that Bluetooth is not blocked and visible, not password protected. If still there is problem then you have to refresh your software.

    Hi DNG,
It depends upon your bluetooth device version. It needs the indication and make sure your phone is being plugged correctly into the device.

    Thanks.
