    Taking screen shots with the One S?

    Do i need some sort of app to be able to take screen shots with the htc one s? or is there a way to do it directly from my phone?

    You dont need an app...

    You can do this by either holding down the power button and the home button; or press the power button and the volume down button

    There are several type of applications available for taking screen snaps.. But thanks to pinnacle for sharing a inbuilt way to take screen shots.. I will definitely try it...

    If you want a better application for taking screen snaps then go for a better search on google.It is the best way to where you can get your satisfied application software

    Thanks pinnacle for giving us the information.It will help us a lot while taking screen snaps.But is there really any app for taking the screen snaps

    Hey all you guyz can use Screenshot UX.. It is an awesome software for taking screenshot.. You can have a shortcut for the screen snap.. You can also edit the captured image

    The screen shot feature is actually built into the system, if you press the "Power Button" and hit "Home Button" it will save a screen shot to your SD Card.

    Remember "You have to be holding the Power Button prior to hitting the Home Button", it takes some getting use to but remember any app installed uses power (Running Process) the more you rely on system based features the less you'll use in power over all.

    If anyone has a problem with this let me know but I have a feeling you'll get it.

    Edit: this feature is for ALL One Series devices (S, X, V and XL)
