    Email Notification Help

    I have set up an outlook account on my HTC One S....Except I don't get email notifications when I get a new email. I have to go into the email and when it refreshes, the emails will show up. Is there a way to get notifications without going into the email?

    have you checked the email settings on your One S? Try that there should be an option for it in there.

    Ok I think you dont have it in sync with Outlook on your PC.

    Synchronizing With Outlook on Your Computer

    Go to that link and it has instructions on how to set it up.
