Adding people ?

On the screen to the right (people favourites) on the HTC One V I found it very hard to add people from Facebook. I've done it now somehow, but can someone explain how ? You know, it's the bit where you add photo's of people as quick link contacts.

it is simple to go about that how about you go to your phone settings and sync up all yourt contacts and they will automatically add up to your phone book
