    battery issue

I bought yesterday a htc one v so I read the instructions and they what they instructed me to do was to plug the charger to the phone leave it for 6 hours the weird thing was that the battery light didn lit up at all . 6hours later I press the power button and the phone says that it's battery level is at 3% so I charged it again that was at 11am, now it's 2:30pm and the light is green should I begin to use it or I must leave it charge more?
(the reason why I'm asking is because phones are supposed to be fully charged the first time you buy them because if they're not they will have problems with their battery in future.

Well, if you newly bought htc one v phone so I think you should replace it. Because if it create battery problem within 2 days than it is not trustful. Every companies are giving warranty for some time.

It's possible you didn't push the plug ALL the way into the phone. It does require a bit of force to do (but NOT a lot).
