Must Have items?

The HTC One X will be first cell phone ever. Yes, first cell phone. So i was wondering besides a case, screen protector and charger, what are some other must have accessories for a smart phone?

I would say maybe an HDMI cable, a car charger, a good pair of headphones (only purchase a new pair if these fail to include beats headphones).

Let me explain why.

The HDMI cable will allow you to stream video from your phone to your home TV. Trust me, this is a feature you will be using a lot, or at least i did. A car charger is just a must have because you never know when you might need some extra battery life. These devices will put your battery to work and its better to have extra charging options just in case. If you like to use MP3 players to listen to music then you will most definitely need some headphones. You will be able to listen to music, video, and even calls wherever you go. A car charger is for sure a must have accessory. I cant count exactly how many times my car charger has saved my life. A Car charger is easily the most under-rated accessory for any device.

A spare battery! These phones are going to experience major battery draining issues because of the powerful processor they have. A spare battery wouldn't be a bad idea. If you are looking prioritize your accessories, then go with a case and screen protector first. Always, and boy do i mean always add protection to your phone. It is better to invest $20 than to have to fully replace your smart phone because it breaks. If after that you still have money look into a car charger and then a spare battery.

I will probably get a spare battery, too. I might be a little spoiled but I must have 2 wall chargers (one for work and one for home), screen protectors, a car charger, a stand, an HDMI cable, ear buds and a good case or skin, or both.

what about a car mount? It will make it easy to read GPS navigation or just to keep your phone in a safe place while you drive.

A wise one you are young yoyo_gabbadoo. Cell phones and cars are nothing to be taken lightly. But since I use a GPS apps i certainly need a car mount because it places my phone in a place where I can easily see it without taking my eyes off of the road.

A spare battery and headphones are necessary accessories for me. They make it convenient for me to use my phone any time anywhere.
