    Incorrect location

    Hi,
since I've been on holidays, my HTC ONE S is stuck on my holiday location.
Even now that I'm back it still shows the incorrect location in all the widgets (Weather, Clock, etc.) and also in the Locations app.

I have cleaned the cache for the Locations app, but it's still showing the incorrect location.
I have also gone into Settings > Location and tried to disable and then re-enable everything. No luck.

The GPS icon in the notification bar is flashing giving me the impression that it's trying to retrieve the current location.

The only program that seem to pick up the correct location is Google Maps, but every other app thinks that I'm still on holiday! I wish...

    Any suggestion?

Well you can restore the factory settings of your phone... I do not think it is a cache related problem.. How ever you should discuss this with your vendor.. Change the location to different locations and see what happens

Most of network problems are created because of incorrect location. To solve this problem people can use HTC One X Wi-Fi. In spite of using Wi-Fi problem people still having a network problem then they should follow this instructions,
First Go to the Setting in Wi-Fi and choose W-Fi.
    Select Menu and then Advanced.
Now judge the best Wi-Fi performance because it may consume more energy.

I have exactly the same issue.

Some apps try to receive the network location for ever. Some apps show the last location, when i had a gps fix (some hours ago). Google Maps however is working fine and always shows the right location. Reinstalling the location services doesn't help. Resetting the device helps. But after approx 2 months the issue comes back. I really don't want to perform factory resets every two months. Is there another way to reset only the network location service?
