Why can't you use all of the memory?

I was really impressed with learning that the HTC One X had 32GB of memory. I thought it a bit strange, however, when a salesperson told me that I would only be able to use 26GB's of it. I suppose I've never thought of it in terms of what was left after all of the programs that already come with it. Just wondering, do other phones take up more that 6GB's, and leave you with less to work with?

Well Fount, this is happened because hosting operating system also need some space for correct functions. But here, you have large different so I think you should use formate or scan your phone. But first take backup of all your important data and applications.

Well it sounds strange. I did not hear about these issues yet. It may really occupy some memory for the operating system and the software.I don't think anyone could really use all those memory even using all the applications and further stuff.
