Battery & Overheat

I boughty my HTC One X for only 3months. I charged my phone for the 1st time for 8hours at least and only charge when my battery is fully drain. My issue now is I still need to charges my phone at least 3times a day. What when wrong with my phone?

My 2nd issue is overheat around the camera (very very hot and yes it is not a joke!) It overheat everytime I surfing the net (my phone freeze and then off itself) AND the wired thing is it overheat when i am not using my phone (not charging).

I am very disappointed with HTC One X when I have a choice to have Iphone. Please help with this issues.

Yeah it is due to the improper battery you own. But it really bad that i needs to be charged thrice a day.If your mobile is in guarantee period, then go for the customer service and then replace your battery. I did not hear much issues about the HTC one X, hope it would work well for you.
