Sync Issue

I'm attempting to sync music to my phone via HTC Sync 3.2.20 but after about one or two songs the "Sync Status" shows up as "disconnected." I tried to transfer music without the manager, but after a few songs that I was able to transfer, it hangs and I must force close that file transfer. I tried using doubletwist, same issue after a few songs; I'm unable to sync my music to the phone.

Issue was fixed when connecting to a different USB port, preferably the back one.

Thank you for sharing the solution, although I don't know if that really was a solution. You are obviously having a problem with one of your USB ports. It is really bad when you get extra things, like USB ports, that you can't even use!
