Unhappy So many problems within two weeks of purchase! Help!

Hi, I'm from India. I purchased my One X on the day of it's release in India. It went really good for the first few days (been 16 days since I purchased). Then, I started noticing the occasional screen glitch (random color strikes on screen). I didn't know what to do. Then came the "Loading.."screen trouble- Once I access an app/game and I come out of it, I get a 5sec "Loading..." screen after which only does my home screen loads. Now this has been troubling me several times! I get this msg around every time I access an app/game (in fact I have only twenty app/games installed). The phone also suffers from over-heating. I'm in India, and me being from the Southern part which is known for it's high levels of temperature (36 deg C min) whenever I use the phone outdoors along with the hot weather my phone turns really HOT! Now please help me out with these issues. Forgive me if my English was bad, coz English is my 3rd lang. Thanks.

Hi, I purchased the phone a week later from launch date.. I too face the same problem of overheating.. I need to charge my battery after every 24hrs.. n its fine with me.. the software update for battery optimization is not yet available in india. check this; HTC One X battery life boosted 10-20% with unofficial Tegra 3 power management fix | Android and Me
I'm also facing a screen loading problem but not often.. it only happens when I clear my tasks and cache memory.

I believe it is not overheating. If you want, you can download app from market to monitor the temperature. Everything below 70 degres celsius is ok... It is know that hox gets warm. Esspecially when playing games. That polycarbonate plastic unibody is very thin... Heat gets true very easily. The seccond thing is loading thing after closing processes. It is normal 2. If you kill them all, you also kill the sense ui or nova or apex or any launcher you use. It takes a seccond or two to rebuild the cache and start up... i suggest you jist kill the aps and not the processes... you have 1GB of RAM and a fucking Tegra 3 quad core processor. USE it!!!
