HTC announced that they would make the new HTC One XL LTE version available in Singapore soon. This is supposed to be the first smartphone in Singapore from the One series of HTC with 4G LTE that would be made available in the city soon. With a sleek body, the HTC One XL is also a lightweight product with a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, which is swapped with Tegra3 powerhouse for ensuring compatibility with LTE network. Apparently quite a few telecommunications company in Singapore are interested in providing plans to go with this LTE smart phone, though no final confirmation has come in as of now. It seems that 4G network enabled cell phone operators might carry plans for this phone. The Android 4.0 smart phone is compatible with 4G LTE networks and thus, it claims to provide the users with lightning-fast services.
The HTC One XL will be available in two colors, which are Polar White and Glamor Grey, and they are going to be made available in Singapore by the first weeks of June 2012. At present, the phone has been recommended at a price of SGD $998 (approximately $775). The upcoming One XL is expected to be retailed by mobile operators as well as authorized resellers supporting 4G networking around Singapore. Even the above mentioned price tag has been recommended, the final price of the phone is yet to be decided upon, along with the subsidy price that will be offered by any company if buying the device with a plan.
