Previously, HTC had officially announced the entry level One Series smart phone, the One V, would be hitting U.S. carriers this summer. But we didn’t know which carriers would offer it and most importantly, when would they unveil it? Well, the rumor has it Virgin Mobile will start selling the HTC One V “in only two weeks”.

Courtesy of DroidDog, Virgin Mobile is rumored to offer the device for $200 without any agreement. If that is correct, then the One V is going to bag sales with its economical price tag coupled with a great set of features. While U.S. carriers including Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Boost Mobile are expected to provide the One V, it is not certain when exactly the other two carriers will launch it. But if Virgin Mobile is set to launch the phone as per the rumored time, we can expect to hear from the pre-paid carrier pretty soon because it usually takes pre-orders for its smart phone.

Being the youngest and third to the HTC One Series, the One V will be following the footsteps of AT&T’s One X and T-mobile’s One S by heading to United States this summer or most probably, by mid-June. In conclusion, the availability of the One V in the next 2 weeks is an unconfirmed rumor, but it is the best buy for those HTC fans, who want to get the flavor of One Series smart phone at a pocket-friendly price.
