Google Play Starts to Roll Out for All Devices Including Android Smart Phones

Google Play is an entertainment hub designed by Google in where you will be able to find all sorts of digital content such as music, Android apps, games, movies, books and much more. The aim is to allow devices to search for, download, listen to, watch, and play all of the digital content that will be available through Google Play no matter where you are or what kind of device you use. This means that all Android powered smart phones, including all HTC One series phones and even the HTC EVO 4G LTE, will be able to take advantage of Google Play. Although Google Play is not available on all devices yet, Google has already started to roll out this Cloud based entertainment hub. It will only be a matter of time before all Android smart phones, devices and Google enthusiasts an take advantage of everything Google Play has to offer.

Old Google features such as Google Music and Google eBooks are now part of Google Play and any old music files or eBooks can now be accessed through Google Play. The great thing about Google Play is that even if you don’t have an Android device you will still be able to take advantage of its features by visiting play.google.com. They have even made their eBooks available to Apple iOS users through the Apple iOS Google Books application.

Technology and the future of how we access our entertainment media is without a doubt changing. More and more cloud based programs are starting to arise. Could this lead to us not needing powerful or memory filled devices to be able to run our favorite forms of entertainment? Is adding all of our music, pictures, movies, books and other entertainment files to a Cloud based program like Google Play a good idea? For now, I can see nothing wrong and the idea of having everything organized for me is a good enough idea for me to dive into Google Play and check it out.

Can we really complain? Almost everything, if not everything touched by Google becomes Gold. If they can take a service and perfect it then fine by me. I just dont want them to monopolize the whole industry.

It was funny, my son was flipping out because he thought me might have deleted the android app store because he couldn't find it anymore.
