Well, the wait for the actual release date of the HTC One X to be announced is over. AT&T has officially came out and said that the HTC One X will be released on May 6th just like Best Buy emails customers received said it would. Even though there have been recent rumors saying that the One X would be released next week, it is still nice to know that anyone in the United States still wishing to buy this phone can do so on May 6th. With the May 6th release of this phone being only a week after the HTC One S is rumored to be released, AT&T might indeed be stealing some customers from the One S because of recent issues concerning the HTC One S in where the micro arc oxidation material starts to chip off the phone. The HTC One X will sport a polycarbonate body and even though this may be a little less stylish, it may end up looking better in the long run. Other notable features of the HTC One X are the 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and LTE radio. Like the rest of the HTC One series smart phones it will run on Android 4.0 a.k.a Ice Cream Sandwich and feature HTC Sense 4.0.
With the official release date announced who is ready to experience the HTC One X? Will anyone waiting for the HTC One S now wait for the release of the HTC One X?
