Yeah this Bluetooth device is still available and you guyz can also check HTC BH M200.. It is supported not only with the HTC phones but other smart phones tooo...

I like the JAWBONE ICON BLUETOOTH HEADSET FOR HTC ONE .It is a perfect handsfree solution which you are waiting for.It is also very light weighted device and is very easy to use

All the jawbone bluetooth accessories are excellent but my favorite one is JAWBONE ICON BLUETOOTH HEADSET FOR HTC ONE - THINKER. It gives 4.5 hours of talktime and standby time of 10 hours

i would recommend the jaw borne headsets they are quite convenient once you have them.....or better still bluetooth headsets might just work magic on you
